AQUALIGET RESIDENTIAL AREA by the river Danube was conceived and designed in the spirit of sustainable development and environmental awareness. It lies at the northern section of the M0 ring, near the Pest bridgehead of Megyeri Bridge, in a suburban atmosphere. It is in the neighborhood of the recently built Homoktövis Residential Area, in a green environment and still close to the city center. The site is not crowded, it basically has the characteristics of small towns. This newly built area lies in the immediate surroundings of the Danube, near nature reserves. It is in the neighborhood of the recently built Homoktövis Residential Area, in a green belt and still close to the city center. The area is surrounded by residential properties, educational institutions (school, kindergarten, nursery) and Aquaworld Resort Budapest hotel and waterpark. THE SETUP OF THE RESIDENTIAL AREA

In the central part of the plot an underground garage is being built, surrounded by the four building blocks, with a direct connection to the basement of the buildings so the apartments can be reached from the garage as well. There are also four outer stairways for getting outside from the garage. The residential buildings have five floors that can be reached from the stairways equipped with a collector-controlled elevator. The façade of the buildings is articulated, creating private spaces for the loggias of the apartments, the full glass surfaces providing summer heat protection at the same time. The floor-length windows provide view with horizontal spacing. The living space of the apartments ranges from 33 to 136 m2 in floor area, supplemented with terraces and balconies. The ground floor apartments have an exclusive share of the garden each for their own. The underground garage has individually lockable garages, parking spaces in a shared area and individually sized and locked storage spaces with a foreground. The central part of the inner yard will have promenade surfaces – partly usable for vehicles as well -, a garden and playground. Thanks to the central underground garage, the vehicle traffic within the area can be reduced to minimal.

TRAFFIC

AQUALIGET RESIDENTIAL AREA by the river Danube lies at the northern section of the M0 ring, near the Pest bridgehead of Megyeri Bridge. It is half an hour from the city of Budapest and 10 minutes from Újpest Center. The area can be easily and quickly reached from any direction both by car and public transport. The terminal station of tram 14 is close by and buses 122, 126, 296, 30 and 230 stop within a few hundred meters (from bus 30 and 230 you can change to metro line M3). On the northern part of the area, along the Danube, there is a bicycle path leading to the city center and the Danube Bend.
